What is a funeral program?
A funeral program is typically a small booklet that is given to friends and family at a funeral service and may also be sent to those who can't be there on the day. The funeral program usually describes the ‘order of service’ for the funeral service and may also include song lyrics, poems, quotes, an invitation to the reception and photo(s) of your loved one. A funeral program also serves as a memorial keepsake for family and friends.

Other names for a funeral program include: remembrance sheet, funeral service sheet, funeral order of service sheet, memorial program, memorial card and memorial booklet.

How do I start the process of having a customised or bespoke funeral program created for my loved one?
We’ve tried to make the process of creating your funeral service sheet as stress-free as possible by including a design brief form for you to fill out when you purchase an existing or custom design. It tells us what you would like in your funeral program such as the order of service, photos and songs. 

Do I have to include photos?
No. If you prefer not to include photos, our designers are still able to create a unique funeral program by using their creative skills and the information you supplied on your design brief.

Do you print?
Yes. Design and printing can be done by us and we ship to anywhere in New Zealand via fast courier.

What paper or card do you print on?
Choosing the right card or paper affects the overall look, feel and longevity of your funeral program. We have paper and card stocks that vary in colour, weight and texture. Our designers work with you to ensure that the perfect one is selected for your funeral program.

Do I get to see the funeral program before it’s printed?
Yes, absolutely. Once you have sent us your design brief form and photos (if any), we get to work on your funeral program. Once we have finished the design and/or layout, we send you the design by email for you to review. We then adjust anything you’d like changed. Once you have approved the design, we print and send your funeral programs straight to your door. 

How long before we receive our funeral programs?
We know that creating a funeral program needs to be done within a tight deadline. Therefore, we aim to have your funeral programs ready within 1 - 3 days depending on when your funeral service is. Existing designs (no printing) will be ready within 24 hours. 

Can you just design the service sheet and email it to us so we can print copies ourselves?
Yes, we can. You'll either need to purchase an 'existing design' or contact us if you would like a 'custom' funeral program; fill and submit the design brief form, then we can start creating your service sheet. If you’re unsure and would like to discuss your requirements further, please get in touch with us either via our contact form or phone.

How much does it cost for a funeral program including printing and shipping?
We’ve aimed to keep the cost of our funeral programs close to what is currently offered by funeral homes.
Our full service is:
Design fee ($95) + $4.50NZD per service sheet for an 'existing design' 
Design fee ($185) + $4.50NZD per service sheet for a 'custom design'
Shipping is free anywhere in New Zealand though there may be an additional charge if your location is remote.

How much does it cost for design only?
The standard cost is $95 for an 'existing design' and $185NZD for a maximum of 4 sides including front and back covers for a 'custom design'. If we have to scan or repair damaged photos, it may cost a little extra because it takes us more time to do the work. We can talk about this in advance so you know exactly what's involved and what the job will cost.

Can we have matching thank you cards?
Yes. Many people choose this option because they want all the stationery to be consistent. They also find it much easier to have the cards ready when it comes time to thank those who attended the funeral, made a donation in the name of your loved one, or wrote to send their respects.
